Georgia Mountain Parkway (Formerly the Appalachian Gateway Trail) ~ This Highway 515 route is a favorite from Atlanta to the Georgia Mountains. Russell-Brasstown Scenic Byway (Helen Hiawassee & Blairsville) Georgia’s only National Scenic Byway, this 44 mile drive is one of the most magnificent drives through this part of the country. Try it all four seasons. Each one is prettier then the last.
